  • The following Public Notice is to inform citizens of amendments to Action Plan for the City of Scranton's Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). The Proposed amendments are as follows:

  • FROM: Project No. 02-234 $90,000.00 Investment In Grow Scranton Fund ... TO: Project No.08-248 $90,000.00 Electric City Television

  • This Public Notice provides citizens a thirty (30) day written comment period on these amendments to ensure that citizens have the opportunity to comment before said amendments are implemented. All comments should be received by the Office of Economic and Community Development, 538 Spruce Street, Suite 812, Scranton, PA 18503. All comments must be received by OECD no later than 4:30 p.m. on September 8, 2008.
