Mr. Robert "Ozzie" Quinn, President

Mr. Quinn is the founder and President of the Scranton-Lackawanna County Taxpayers Association, Inc. He is a property/homeowner and resides in Scranton, PA with his wife Rosemarie, RN; they have five children. Mr. Quinn, who is partially retired, worked his entire career involved in low/moderate income house. He was formerly employed by the Scranton Redevelopment Authority, Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance, City of Scranton and Habitat for Humanity of Lackawanna County. Mr. Quinn also has served as the chairman of both, The City of Scranton's Planning Commission and Scranton Redevelopment Authority during the development of the Steamtown Mall project. He is also the founder of the Northeastern Collegiate Summer Baseball League.

Mr. Gunner P.C. Nole, Webmaster

Mr. Nole is a founding member of SLCT&CA. He is a homeowner and currently resides in West Scranton along with his wife & 3 children. Originally a native of Scranton, he returned in 1996 upon retirement from a military career. A decorated U.S. Army Officer and Helicopter Pilot, he also served as an Aviation Operations Specialist in the Marine Corps. Gunner is an information technology consultant and tax preparation specialist, holds a BA in History and is a life member of the NRA.
